Position: Chiropractic Assistant

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and industry-specific software: Ability to utilize these tools effectively in daily tasks.
• Good phone etiquette: Professional communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Efficient with all projects: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Adept at learning new computer systems and administrative processes: Willingness and capability to quickly grasp and utilize new technologies.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to

• Be the welcoming face for our patients, offering friendly and empathetic service.
• Schedule appointments and address patient needs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
• Update patient records with precision and confidentiality.
• Assist with patient examinations and treatments as part of our dedicated team.
• Handle payments and financial inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Thursday
