**This is a brand new role due to growth to support multiple portfolio companies for this top performing private equity firm.**
\n
\n
This role will build structure and oversight around debt compliance for the portfolio companies. This is an amazing opportunity to have direct exposure CFOs of portfolio companies and senior PE leadership.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Approximately 70% focused on debt compliance
- Must have strong experience with: debt/credit agreements, covenants and covenant calculations, multiple debt agreements/financing structures and lender/bank interaction.
- Identifying potential compliance issues and risks
- Breadth of exposure is important
- Cash Forecasting and Liquidity knowledge
- Build a central repository of portco debt agreements
- Compliance calendars and deadline tracking
- Standardized processes/best practices
- Review process for covenant calculations and compliance certificates
- Proactive monitoring so issues are identified before the bank identifies them

Qualifications:
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- Accounting foundation is key
- Executive Presence
- PE firm experience is a plus but not a must; PE portco experience would be more beneficial
- Experience with multiple debt agreements
- Deep debt agreement/covenant compliance experience
- Enough liquidity/forecasting knowledge
