Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over

<li>Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>

Requirements:
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Candidate will have 5 years or more experience in maintenance </li>
<li>Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must have own tools</li>
