The Property Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and day-to-day operational support of the company’s properties. This position combines professional cleaning responsibilities with driving and logistical support, ensuring that offices and residential units are maintained to company standards while efficiently completing off-site tasks and errands.
Compensation:
$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and shared facilities to ensure a professional environment
- Perform detailed cleaning of apartments and homes during unit turns, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, and fixtures
- Prepare vacant units for move-in, ensuring readiness in accordance with company quality standards
- Travel between properties to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Post notices and distribute community correspondence to residents in accordance with company policies and timelines
- Execute miscellaneous errands, including procurement of supplies, assisting in day-to-day errands by picking up/dropping off, and transport of items between locations
- Support overall property upkeep through trash removal, light organizing, and general maintenance assistance
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Prior professional cleaning or facilities support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting to 35 lbs, bending, and prolonged standing
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
