Legal Receptionist | Intake Coordinator

This role supports day-to-day client communication and administrative operations in a professional, client-focused office setting. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking hands-on experience, training, and growth in a legal support role.

LOCATION: Beaverton, OR

SALARY: $20/hr.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, 8:30am-5:00pm | In-office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as the primary point of contact, professionally communicating with prospective and existing clients.

· Answer and direct telephone calls while responding promptly to initial digital inquiries.

· Manage client relationships and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.

· Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys as needed.

· Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical case files.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· No formal legal training required; interest in probate, estate planning, or legal support is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

· Dependable, empathetic, and client-focused, with the ability to maintain a professional office dress code and workplace presence.

· Comfortable using technology and learning new software, including practice management systems such as CLIO.
