Job Description
As a Medical Device Assembler, you will assemble and inspect electromechanical medical devices while following FDA and ISO standards. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, you will perform precision work, maintain quality, and complete basic assembly records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical medical device components.
- Perform precision soldering.
- Inspect completed devices and components for quality and conformity.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process.
- Follow FDA and ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Complete basic assembly records accurately.
- Report production and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in medical device assembly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with medical device manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience performing quality inspections.
