Construction Controller\n
Location: Columbus, IN Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities\n
<ul>\n
<li>Manage all accounting and finance functions, including month-end close and financial reporting.</li>
\n
<li>Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, project budgeting, and profitability analysis.</li>
\n
<li>Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.</li>
\n
<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.</li>
\n
<li>Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities.</li>
\n
<li>Coordinate audits and work with external CPAs and banking partners.</li>
\n
<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.</li>

Qualifications\n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.</li>
\n
<li>5+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience within the construction or manufacturing industry.</li>
\n
<li>Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting.</li>
\n
<li>Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.</li>
