A Better Bail Bond is the premiere bail bond company in Houston, Texas. Our 30 plus years of experience qualifies us as experts in the bail bond industry, nationwide. Though we may seem like a small company with multiple offices, we are actually a large family living & working in different offices; but connected by our desire to provide an excellent service for those in need of our help.
Job Duties:
- Bonding agent is required to exhibit clerical skills by preparing various types of bail bonds
- Light filing required
- Must use sales techniques and offer customer service to potential customers in a manner that leads to finalized sale
- Should type a minimum 25-30 wpm
- There is a required monthly sales quota
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Transportation required to post bonds during shift
