Compensation

What You’ll Do
Entry-Level (Lube Tech / Apprentice):
-
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
-
Assist technicians with inspections and minor repairs
-
Learn dealership systems, tools, and processes
Experienced Technicians:
-
Diagnose and repair vehicles (engine, electrical, brakes, suspension, etc.)
-
Accurately document findings and communicate with service advisors
-
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
-
Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures
What We’re Looking For
Entry-Level Candidates:
-
0–6 months of automotive experience OR technical training
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-
Attention to detail and team-first mindset
Experienced Technicians:
-
2–3+ years of automotive technician experience
-
ASE certifications preferred
-
Toyota experience is a plus
-
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
All Candidates:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Professional, reliable, and motivated
