What is Sugaring?
It’s 100% organic natural hair removal – no ingrown hairs, no irritation, no skin bumps. Sugaring paste is made of just 3 ingredients: sugar, water, and lemon juice, and is applied at body temperature so it will never burn your skin. What we’re looking for
· Required: current Colorado licensure (Esthetician / Cosmetologist)
· Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn & utilize new techniques
· Maintain a professional appearance at all times
· Consultative approach with each client and a desire to help others feel good about themselves
· People person with a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
· Comfortable working with Sugaring and performing body hair removal for all genders
· Full-time or part-time; we are open 7 days a week and offer morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend shifts (must be able to work one weekend shift) – closed major holidays
· Exceptional time management & communication skills (bi-lingual skills are a plus)
· Initiative-taking & strong work ethic
· Must be physically capable of working on their feet 8+ hours a day and have full mobility of hands and arms
Responsibilities
· Provide a fun and unforgettable experience for our clients by consistently delivering remarkable customer service
· Educate clients on the sugaring options and supplemental services (masks, vajacials, etc) to ensure the best possible outcomes
· Analyze, consult, and perform high-quality hair removal, brow, and lash services in a professional and comfortable setting
· Build new guest relationships and focus on the retention of clients
· Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
· Check clients in/out using our POS system
· Restock rooms and maintain inventory
· Maintain a sanitary workstation and assist with sanitation throughout the studio
