Job Location:

Job Description:
In this position as a Senior Manager of Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will lead a team of experienced AI and cognitive technology professionals in the development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-level AI solutions. You will oversee data scientists, solution architects, and IT security SMEs delivering scalable AI capabilities across on-premise and cloud environments. You will also guide integration efforts involving advanced analytics, machine learning models, and intelligent systems. In this position, you will also:
- Provide programmatic project management and support governance structures for AI solution intake and prioritization.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions for use cases such as form completion, data extraction, report generation, and data validation.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, including machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), chatbots, and intelligent character recognition (ICR).
- Enhance fraud prevention and customer onboarding processes by applying AI-driven decision-making to identify behavioral patterns and risk factors.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation through operations and maintenance (O&M).
- Manage and optimize AI platforms and tools as part of a scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise AI ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading cloud-based AI or cognitive technology projects within the Federal government sector.
- 3 years of experience deploying and managing enterprise AI platforms or machine learning operations (MLOps) environments.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with major AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with natural language processing, ML model deployment, or intelligent character recognition (ICR).
- Background in integrating AI into complex business workflows and operational environments.
- Knowledge of Federal compliance, data privacy, and IT security frameworks.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
