Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced quality assurance supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Fridley, MN. This role oversees daily quality operations, supports continuous improvement efforts, and ensures compliance with customer and industry standards.
Location: Fridley, MN
Pay: From $65,000/year plus, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift

Duties of the quality assurance supervisor:
- Direct and supervise daily quality assurance activities
- Drive continuous improvement through the quality management system
- Communicate with customers and customer service regarding quality-related inquiries
- Lead Material Review Board activities
- Update certifications and documentation using internal systems
- Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, NADCAP, AS, etc.)
- Provide leadership and support to quality department personnel
- Manage corrective actions and follow-through
Requirements of the quality assurance supervisor:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or quality-focused environment
- Strong understanding of quality tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, DOE, and related methodologies
- Solid knowledge of quality control and quality management systems
- Working knowledge of SPC and AS/ISO/NADCAP requirements
- Strong commitment to follow-through with internal and external customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
