Location: Affinity Automotive Services – 2606 W Pawnee St, Wichita, KS 67213
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview
We're hiring A-Level and B-Level Technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a high-performing, ethical shop.
We also invest in the right people—strong C-Level technicians with the right mindset can grow quickly through our apprenticeship program.
Compensation
- $30–$50/hour flat rate
- OTE: $100K–$125K+
- Pay based on experience with room to grow based on performance
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Accurately identify issues and recommend solutions
- Work efficiently in a high-production environment
- Collaborate with a strong, supportive team
What We're Looking For
- A-Level Techs: Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, power, alignments)
- B-Level Techs: Strong repair skills with some diagnostic ability
- ADAS experience is a plus (willingness to learn is key)
- ASE certifications preferred (we pay for testing)
- Strong work ethic and integrity
Training & Growth
- Monthly training programs
- Clear path to Master Technician level
- ASE certifications paid + $0.50/hour raise per certification
