\n ⏱️ Schedule: Varied 12-hour shifts | On-call required
\n 🕒 Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
\n 💻 EMR: Cerner
\n Requirements
\n Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
\n Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
\n College diploma required
\n AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS
\n NRP certification required
\n Experience caring for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
\n Proficiency with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, respiratory diagnostics, and arterial/capillary punctures
\n Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
