Overview
We’re looking for an SAP Functional Lead who can guide business teams, manage enhancements, and oversee daily support across SD, EWM, FI, and MM. The role is based in New Jersey and includes responsibility for supporting SAP operations in France. You’ll work closely with end users, translate their needs into system solutions, and lead the delivery of improvements. Experience with both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA is important, along with Salesforce and its integration with SAP. Background in glass bottle manufacturing, packaging, or a similar production environment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP point of contact for SD, EWM, FI, and MM for North America.
• Work with business teams in the US and France to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Lead SAP enhancements, change requests, integration improvements, and deployment activities.
• Provide daily SAP support, issue resolution across modules.
• Support and monitor Salesforce–SAP integrations and handle data flow or interface issues.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Warehousing, Finance, and Sales to streamline processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, overseeing testing, and go-live support.
• Maintain documentation such as process flows, configuration notes, test scripts, and training materials.
• Review monitoring IDocs, EDI, and other interfaces and work with internal teams or partners to resolve issues.
• Help prioritize enhancements and support regional alignment of best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8–10 years of SAP functional experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SD, EWM, FI, and MM.
• Strong background in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
• Experience with at least one full SAP implementation or major upgrade.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with SAP.
• Experience in glass bottle manufacturing, packaging, or similar industrial environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work across time zones and support global operations.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.
