We're looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role calls for a hands on leader who can coordinate field teams, manage project schedules, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. - Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial roofing projects ranging from small service jobs to large scale, multi million dollar builds.
- Conduct site assessments, take measurements, and gather all necessary information for accurate planning and estimating.
- Partner with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure resources and maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Track project progress using established tools and metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
- Offer technical guidance and support to field crews, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety protocols.
- Keep thorough records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support, coach, and collaborate with team members to maintain a high performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5+ years of field supervision experience.
- Solid background in roofing or general construction.
- Demonstrated success managing field operations and leading diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer facing skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license required.
