- 🏠 Weekly Stipend: $1,246
- 💵 Total Weekly Pay: Approx. $2,578

Job Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide critical care for patients in a 10-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
- Care for immediate post-operative open-heart surgery patients from Day 1.
- Monitor and manage hemodynamically stable and unstable cardiac patients.
- Operate advanced critical care equipment, including A-lines, chest tubes, central lines, ventilators, and multiple IV pumps.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide patient and family education.

Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Montana RN License
- Minimum 2 years of CVICU/Critical Care experience
- Recent Open Heart Recovery experience is required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
