The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. This role plays a key part in building strong customer relationships, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Snyder Jewelers standard of excellence.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Train, coach, and monitor staff on sales processes and key performance indicators
- Drive sales through personal example and active engagement on the sales floor
- Analyze performance and collaborate with ownership on sales strategies
Customer Experience
- Deliver and reinforce exceptional customer service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
- Ensure a seamless experience from initial interaction to final delivery
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- Provide ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture
Operations & Events
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, jewelers, and internal teams to meet deadlines
- Plan and execute store events to drive traffic and sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
This is a full-time role, Tuesday-Saturday.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales management or supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales results

- Jewelry or luxury retail sales experience
