Conrail is seeking a motivated IT/Document Manager/Law Intern to support daily technology operations and document management initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in organizing digital records, assisting with IT support tasks, maintaining file systems, and helping improve document control processes across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating electronic and physical documents
• Support IT staff with basic troubleshooting, software updates, and user support
• Help manage file retention and document version control procedures
• Scan, archive, and index records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive data
• Participate in special projects related to IT systems and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and file management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
