Job Title: Licensed Realtor - Showing Assistant & Buyer’s Agent
Pay: $50,000 - $200,000+ per year (Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

We are a rapidly growing real estate investment company that buys, renovates, and sells properties throughout the market. Our team focuses heavily on investment properties, including fix-and-flips and renovated homes, creating consistent inventory for our agents to list and sell. Unlike traditional real estate roles that rely solely on outside listings, our agents will list and sell company-owned investment properties while also working directly with buyers, creating more opportunities to close deals and earn commissions.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Licensed Realtor - Showing Assistant & Buyer’s Agent who can help bring our investment properties to market, host showings, work with buyers, and build long-term relationships that generate post-closing referrals and repeat business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow our system to create listing presentations for properties coming to market
- Manage and schedule professional photography for property listings
- Execute all steps required for smooth, compliant transaction processing from initial listing through closing
- Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses
- Schedule and manage buyer showings, property tours
- Work directly with buyers interested in purchasing renovated properties
- Coordinate with our acquisitions and renovation teams to prepare homes for sale
- Write and assist with purchase offers and contract preparation
- Communicate with lenders, title companies, and other agents throughout transactions
- Track leads, showings, and follow ups in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Work warm and cold buyer leads from the team database
- Provide weekly status updates on active clients and opportunities
- Assist with inspections, property appointments, and vendor meetings
- Provide showing feedback and property updates
- Help prepare marketing materials, CMA data, and listing documentation
- Assist with client and team events
- Nurture past client relationships to generate post-closing referrals and repeat business
- Assist with rental portfolio approvals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Licensed Realtor (or in the process of obtaining license)
- Sales and real estate experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable hosting showings, open houses, and buyer tours
- Professional appearance and presentation with clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Ability to manage multiple listings and buyer clients simultaneously
- Agents who can convert showings into offers, closings, and long-term client relationships
- Commitment to staying connected with past clients to build a strong referral network
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field with clients
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000 per year
Incentives & Commission:
- Earn an incentive per completed listing to prepare a property for market
- Commissions paid on closed transactions
- Monthly sliding-scale bonus structure based on number of transactions closed
