Qualifications:
- Current and valid Texas Special Education License
- Experience teaching or supporting middle school students preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to meet the individualized needs of middle school students with disabilities
- Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and adherence to policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration regarding student needs and progress
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance instructional skills
