Our local government client is hiring a on-site Help Desk Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC!!

Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and closing out assigned.
- Service/Incidents requests within the agency's Service Level Agreements.
- Adhere to all Enterprise-wide security policies related to security and integrity of District owned Resources.

Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years' IT experience handling Windows and MAC network support
