Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling fuel and store merchandise in a retail setting to drive company sales. SMC Inc. operates 11 highly successful Sunoco gas/convenience stores in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring at our Oregon Avenue store located at: 1815 Oregon Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19145
Pay is $13.00 per hour.
Shift available:10pm-6am
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and giving them great service
- Ringing up sales on a register
- Stocking shelves
- Light Housekeeping duties (cleaning, sweeping/mopping, changing trash)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales/customer service is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
