Job Description
We have a company in Dayton, MN looking for a MIG Welder to join their manufacturing team!
Shifts:
1st - Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm, optional overtime Fridays
2nd - Mon-Thurs 3:45pm-1:15am, optional overtime Fridays
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate MIG standard and pulse welders</li>
<li>Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum</li>
<li>Fit, align, tack, and weld components according to blueprints and specifications</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documents</li>
<li>Operate hoists, cranes, rigging, and forklifts to move equipment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>- 1+ year MIG welding experience and welding certification or relevant training required
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/equivalent required; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</li>
<li>Pre-employment background check (required)</li>
<li>Pre-employment drug screen (required)</li>
</ul>

You should be proficient in:
<ul>
<li>High School / GED</li>
<li>Blueprint Reading</li>
</ul>
Machines &amp; technologies you'll use:
<ul>
