12 months with possible extension or conversion to direct hire

$30-$40/hr.

Day Shift

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

· Sterilization Activities

o Operate and monitor sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, ethylene oxide etc.).

o Prepare and load samples for sterilization cycles following established protocols.

o Ensure compliance with sterilization parameters and safety standards.

· Technical Support & Maintenance

o Perform routine and preventive maintenance on sterilization and lab equipment.

o Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and deviations.

o Assist in equipment and sensor calibration, inspection, and repair activities.

· Data Analysis & Reporting

o Makes and records observations; performs simple calculations; collects and prepares data for evaluation, analyze testing results.

o Use MATLAB, Python, or other analytical tools to trend cycle performance and identify anomalies.

o Create and maintain technical reports, protocols, and documentation in accordance with SOP standards.

· Cross-functional Collaboration

o Support microbiological testing and environmental monitoring when needed.

o Collaborate with engineers and lab technicians to improve process efficiency and product quality.

o Participate in validation and qualification activities for equipment and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Applied Science, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in a technical lab or manufacturing environment; sterilization experience preferred.

· Familiarity with microbiological principles and sterile techniques.

· Proficiency in data analysis software (MATLAB, Excel, Python, etc.).

· Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to follow written procedures and work independently in a regulated environment.

· Communicates with contacts typically within immediate job area. Obtains and provides technical information requiring little explanation or interpretation.

· Requires limited job knowledge of systems, procedures, basic laboratory techniques and use of standard test instruments. Follows basic work routines and standards.

Physical & Work Requirements

· Ability to work onsite.

· Comfortable working in a lab environment.

Must Have

0-2 years of experiences with testing and data analysis, creating test protocols and reports.

Nice To Have

• 2-3 years’ experience with Sterilization Validation/ Microbiology is desirable
