Compensation:
$100,000+ commission potential
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into appointments through consistent follow-up and communication
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and confidence
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process from contract to close alongside our Transaction Coordinator
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to deliver an exceptional experience
- Follow team systems, scripts, and processes to ensure efficiency and results
- Attend team trainings, meetings, and accountability sessions
- Track activities and pipeline using team CRM and systems
- Proactively generate business through open houses, sphere, and outbound efforts
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve performance
- Represent the Hearts & Homes brand with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Must have a laptop and basic computer knowledge
- Must have a valid license and vehicle for appointments
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Coachable and open to learning proven systems and strategies
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in real estate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Comfortable using technology (CRM, apps, systems) or willing to learn quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to increase income and production
- Willingness to follow a structured plan to achieve consistent results
