The Litigation & Personal Injury Paralegal plays a vital role within a dedicated litigation team, supporting a variety of cases including personal injury, general litigation, and family law. This position involves utilizing specialized software and legal tools to ensure efficient case and document management, while assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Performance bonuses are available to recognize exceptional contributions.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files and maintain organized records
- Prepare legal documents and pleadings accurately
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Assist with discovery process and trial preparation
