Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Replace light bulbs, clean fixtures, and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Conduct basic plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains).
• Perform small repair jobs (e.g., door handles, wall fittings, furniture).
• Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Report major issues to management and coordinate with external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in maintenance or building services preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform maintenance duties.
