About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at Etowah Health and Rehabilitation in Etowah, TN. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information

Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures, such as wound care and tracheostomy care

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee

1 year of experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and respectful attitude towards patients and families
