In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing comprehensive evaluations for students exhibiting speech and language disorders
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs
- Conducting therapy sessions aimed at achieving targeted speech and language outcomes
- Documenting student progress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
- Providing guidance and education to families to involve them in the therapy process
Qualifications we seek:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure in speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
- Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as a valued team member
Candidates must have an active state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and either possess or be pursuing a master’s degree or higher in the discipline.
