Job DescriptionSalary: $19-$21 DOE
Job Shift:
Monday - Friday with the possibility of moving to a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Summary:
This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will be expected to help maintain a safe environment for the residents, guests, and employees. Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders. This position also will help out all Idaho properties in Post Falls, CD'A, and Hayden.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Able to turn units in a timely manner Getting vacant apartments ready for the new tenants to move in
- Painting
- Some electrical and plumbing work
- Repairing appliances
- Maintain the grounds
- Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties
- Track inventory and work order filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-year experience preferred, not required
- Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
- Valid driver license, preferred
- English language proficiency
- Great customer service
- General understanding of Microsoft Suites
- Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
