Located in Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $24-$28 per hour, DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee two Colorado Springs Properties. This positions will bridge the gap between corporate goals and on-site execution and oversight.

MUST HAVE VALID FAIR HOUSING CERTIFICATION

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and financial performance of properties
• Drive occupancy and leasing success
• Provide high level of service and positive resident satisfaction
• Develop, execute and adhere to annual operating budget
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency reduction and evictions.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and CRM systems

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of progressive property management experience to include multi-property
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Experience with Entrada or Yardi
• Good understanding of MS Office
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
• CAM or CAM certifications preferred
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug Test and hold valid Drivers License.
