We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team to deploy and maintain an Army intelligence and targeting system. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base while deploying cutting edge technology. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a next generation Army intelligence and targeting system.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with military personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system.
  • Train end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures (for both hardware and software components)
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document and report all activities, issues, and resolutions using appropriate reporting tools and systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to Army intelligence systems and doctrine
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on field experience and user feedback.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures in accordance with organizational and military guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

What We Value:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, which could include up to 60% of CONUS travel and the potential for 3-month OCONUS travel rotations as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and operational needs.
