This is a full-time role for a Benefits Representative with The Weatherspoon Organization. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through virtual channels, such as email, chat and video conferencing, and helping clients navigate through their benefits programs to find the best fit for their families. The Benefits Representative will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients. This is a sales role; however prior sales experience is not required. All needed training will be provided. Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and through video conferencing
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of benefits programs and the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
