Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney position should have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Demonstrable experience in litigation. (no Trust and Estates experience needed)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective legal strategies.
7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
10. A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
