Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Care Team Specialist to join our team in Newberg, Oregon. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for an individual passionate about fostering strong relationships with customers and providers while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to managing customer accounts, communicating effectively, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Support and manage providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with customers and providers to monitor satisfaction and progress.
• Document all interactions with customers and providers, ensuring records are complete and up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate demographic profiles for both customers and providers to streamline communication and service.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance overall performance.
• Prepare quarterly reports by approving protocols, training providers on action plans, and tracking progress on customer outcomes.
• Celebrate milestones by sending birthday cards to customers and providers.
• Revise and update procedures and processes as needed to improve efficiency.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team goals.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer account management, service, or a related field.

• Strong skills in handling direct and inbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate reports.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in training and coaching others is a plus.

Must be bilingual - Fluent in Spanish is required
