We’re looking for a Service Cashier to join our team and be the welcoming face of our Service Department. This position is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction by handling transactions accurately and providing top-tier service with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Accurately compute and process payments for service and parts transactions.

Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments; issue receipts and provide change.

Provide refunds or credit memorandums for returned merchandise.

Operate and reconcile the cash register daily.

Maintain accurate filing of repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other documents.

Close all open invoices efficiently and accurately.

Maintain the boutique area, including stocking, cleaning, and dusting displays.

Keep the cashier and customer waiting areas clean and organized.

Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff for service-related questions.

Support the Service Department with tasks such as assisting with loaner vehicles and directing customer foot traffic.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Friendly, positive demeanor and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
