Our client, a prominent general practice firm, is seeking a Construction Defect Attorney to join their NYC office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience. Construction defect, professional liability of Architects and Engineers or commercial litigation experience is preferred. Construction Labor Law or other general defense litigation experience is welcome to apply.

This position can be hybrid remote up to 3 days per week, and is partnership track.

Competitive base salary 130k to 165k, bonus and benefits.
