Onsite Role In Loveland CO Area-Customer Data Validation Analyst (SAP O2C)

TEKsystems has a short term 12 week contract need (could extend) onsite in Loveland CO area. We are looking for a Customer Data Validation Analyst who has experince within SAP enviroments and in the Order to Cash business stream (O2C).

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Data Validation Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients, for a 12-week engagement with potential extension through the end of the year. This role focuses on new customer setup and customer master data accuracy within SAP, partnering closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate customer data.
This is a hands-on, operational role requiring strong functional knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, particularly on the customer master side. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
New Customer Setup & Validation
•\tReview newly created customer records in SAP completed by branch teams
•\tValidate customer master data for completeness and accuracy
•\tIdentify and resolve errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
•\tMake necessary corrections directly in SAP and confirm changes with branch teams
Customer Change Requests
•\tReview customer master data change requests (e.g., name, address, customer details)
•\tVerify requested changes with internal stakeholders, including Credit, Accounts Payable, and branch personnel
•\tAccurately execute approved changes in SAP and ensure records remain compliant and consistent
Stakeholder Communication
•\tServe as a point of contact for branches regarding customer data questions
•\tCommunicate primarily via Microsoft Teams and email
•\tEnsure clear documentation and confirmation of changes

Required Skills & Qualifications
•\tSAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional knowledge
o\tStrong preference for experience with customer master data
•\tExperience in data validation, data accuracy, or master data management
•\tCustomer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
•\tHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
•\tSelf-starter who can manage workload independently in an on-site environment

Nice-to-Have (but Not Required)
•\tExperience supporting large, distributed branch organizations
•\tFamiliarity working with Credit or AP teams in an SAP environment
Note: SQL and advanced Excel skills are not required for this role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
