What You’ll Do
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
- Repair body damage and replace panels using rivet-bonding methods
- Use Car-O-Liner measuring and repair equipment (training available)
- Learn best practices for EV, aluminum, and mixed-metal repairs
- Participate in paid training
- Communicate with teammates throughout the repair process
- Keep your work area clean and organized
What Helps You Succeed
- About 5 years of auto body/collision repair experience
- Comfortable with steel and aluminum repairs
- Able to speak, read, and write English
- A team player with strong communication and time-management skills
- Reliable and punctual
- I-CAR or OEM training is a plus, but not required
