We are currently seeking an Experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our state-of-the-art body shop. If you’re skilled in aluminum repair, knowledgeable in the ICAR system, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of makes and models, including aluminum-bodied vehicles
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with estimators
- Complete repairs in accordance with ICAR standards and OEM guidelines
- Weld, pull, replace panels, and conduct structural and non-structural repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards before final inspection
- Use computer systems and tools to track jobs and document repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of professional collision repair experience
- Experience with aluminum repairs is preferred
- ICAR Gold certifications or strong working knowledge of ICAR repair standards
- Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and modern repair tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
