We are currently seeking an Experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our state-of-the-art body shop. If you’re skilled in aluminum repair, knowledgeable in the ICAR system, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of makes and models, including aluminum-bodied vehicles
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with estimators
• Complete repairs in accordance with ICAR standards and OEM guidelines
• Weld, pull, replace panels, and conduct structural and non-structural repairs
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards before final inspection
• Use computer systems and tools to track jobs and document repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of professional collision repair experience
• Experience with aluminum repairs is preferred
• ICAR Gold certifications or strong working knowledge of ICAR repair standards
• Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and modern repair tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
