Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Floor Operations Manager to lead our dispatch, booking, and CSR teams in delivering top-tier home service solutions across HVAC, chimney, and insulation verticals. This role is key to driving performance, building team accountability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve key booking KPIs:

PPC: 60%+

Google LSA: 65%+

Maintain cancel/reschedule rate under 15% through proactive schedule management

Oversee daily operations for CSR, dispatch, and routing teams

Manage team schedules, performance, and accountability

Lead onboarding, training, and conduct weekly 1-on-1s

Handle customer escalations under $100; support high-ticket sales guidance

Develop and refine SOPs for operational excellence

Model a culture of urgency, ownership, and core values

Submit daily EOD summaries and weekly KPI reports

Become an expert in platforms like Workiz, ServiceTitan, and other operational tools
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the home services industry (HVAC, chimney, insulation, or similar)

Proven track record in team management, performance coaching, and KPI accountability

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Workiz, ServiceTitan, or similar field service management platforms
