PY Food Concepts is seeking a Seasonal Concession Stand Supervisor to join our team at LcKy ChKn, located inside Hard Rock Stadium. This is a seasonal role that follows the stadium’s calendar of sports games, concerts, and large-scale events. Outstanding performance in this role may lead to opportunities for a full-time position with PY Hospitality.

Position Overview

As a Concession Stand Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our stadium concession stand, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food execution, and a great guest experience. You’ll lead and support a team of staff members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand Supervision: Lead, coach, and supervise concession stand staff, ensuring all team members understand roles and follow company standards.
• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring accuracy, portion control, and consistency with recipes.
• Guest Experience: Maintain a hospitality-first approach, ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient service.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and labeling.
• Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, communicate supply needs, and assist with inventory counts to ensure the stand is fully stocked.
• Training & Coaching: Onboard new team members and provide ongoing support to build a strong, dependable team.
• Cash Handling Support: Assist in overseeing cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining accountability.
• Communication: Act as the point of contact between the kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams to keep operations running seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in food service or concession operations; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with staff, management, and stadium personnel.
• Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage staff, food production, and service during peak rush periods.
• Flexibility: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays per the stadium’s event schedule.
• Transportation: Having reliable transportation is preferred, as the role may require moving product on and off-site.
• Culinary Degree (Preferred): Not required but a plus.
