The Shop Mechanic plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of equipment to ensure smooth operations for the snow and landscape crews. This position involves both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities

<li>Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hydraulics, electrical systems, and gas/diesel engines</li>
<li>Utilize fleet maintenance software to accurately log work and track repairs</li>
<li>Support field crews by ensuring equipment is reliable and operational</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment</li>
