Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary: $35,000 – $40,000
- $1,000 bonus per buyer closing (expected first-year earnings ~$100,000)
- 5 days per week: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Required to work 3 weekends per month
- Paid time off
Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
- Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
- Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
- Schedule showings for buyers via ShowingTime (MLS feature)
- Show properties to buyers
- Provide administrative support on home closings
- Host open houses and showings for agents
- Attend community events with the team
- Database management and documentation
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Weekend and evening availability
- License for real estate is preferred but not required
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Must have an active Real Estate License or be willing to acquire prior to starting
