Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform fire alarm testing and maintenance.
- Complete accurate service reports, test documentation, and deficiency notes.
- Communicate professionally with building representatives, installers, and internal staff.
- Escalate issues promptly and take ownership of assignments.
Education & Experience
- Valid Driver's License.
- 3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance.
- S78 Certification (NYC only).
- Must have worked at a Commercial Fire Alarm company within the last 3 years.
- Willingness to work overtime and evening shifts (4PM–12AM).
