Electrical Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the hospitality sector, including resorts and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, and adjust as necessary to meet changing project requirements.
- Review and approve change orders and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
- Perform cost estimating, cost analysis, and budgeting for electrical projects, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field, preferably in hospitality or commercial industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Accubid preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
