USED CAR SALES MANAGER (Leadership Opportunity)

Bozarth Chevrolet is hiring ahigh-performing Used Car Sales Manager to lead and scale our pre-owned department. This is a rare opportunity for a proven operator to build a high-volume, highly profitable used car department with the support, inventory capital, support of a proven marketing team and process foundation to win.
We are one of Colorados top Chevrolet volume stores with ahigh-performing fixed operations team, strong CSI, and an established dealership group.

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will:
- Own used vehicle sourcing (auction, trades, street buys, service lane, online acquisition)
- Build and lead a top-tier used car team (staffing, structure, training, accountability)
- Drive inventory health: turn, aging, pricing discipline, and appraisal strategy
- Ensure recon and merchandising excellence: frontline-ready standards, photos, pricing, online presentation
- Lead performance results in: used sales volume, front/back gross, and customer experience metrics
- Serve as store leadership support and help lead the sales department in the GMs absence
Qualifications
- Proven record running a profitable used car operation
- Strong leadership and hiring ability
- Deep knowledge of appraisal strategy, acquisition strategy, market pricing, inventory turn, and recon discipline
- High standards, high accountability, and strong communication

Target annual compensation: $350,000
(Based on achieving clearly defined performance benchmarks)
