WC Smith has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Services Coordinator at the Villages of Parkland! This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the property management team. The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating resident requests, processing work orders, communicating with vendors, and helping to ensure a positive resident experience throughout the community. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 1-2 rotating Saturdays a month.
THE RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR WILL:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive, enter, and track resident work orders and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers regarding scheduled work and resident requests.
• Assist residents with questions, concerns, and general property information.
• Document and escalate resident complaints and service issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records, resident communications, and property documentation.
• Support leasing, move-in, and move-out activities as needed.
• Assist with resident events, community communications, and special projects.
• Demonstrate a commitment to fair housing principles and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized front office environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling resident concerns and resolving issues professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
