Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Irie Reggae Grill LLC as a Restaurant Attendant, where you will be the heartbeat of our vibrant dining experience! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests in Swiftwater, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Support kitchen staff by delivering food and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Assist with special events and promotions to engage our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
